Venue Coordinator
A venue’s staff contact who manages the space, not your whole event.
A venue coordinator works for the venue. They manage the building, its staff, and its rules, opening the space, overseeing in-house catering, and handling venue logistics on the day.
They are not the same as your own planner: they look after the venue, not your vendors, timeline, or design. Many couples hire a planner or coordinator to represent them and run the day end to end.
