We provide freshly baked gourmet pizza right at your event along with fresh cut romaine lettuce​,​ cabbage​,​ and carrot mixed salad with a choice of Italian​,​ ranch and Cesar dressings in a buffet-style setting. Our pizza menu has everyone’s favorites All Mongiello's delicious pizzas start with Mongiello's famous home-made pizza crust and home-made pizza sauce topped with genuine real mozzarella cheese. Menu *Pepperoni pizza *Cheese Pizza *Hawaiian Pizza -Canadian bacon & pineapple *Margherita Pizza - olive oil​,​ garlic​,​ Mongiello's sauce​,​ Mozzarella cheese​,​ Tomatoes & fresh cut basil. *Supreme PIZZA - pepperoni​,​ Italian sausage​,​ mushrooms​,​ Pepperoncini​,​ onions​,​ black olives​,​ Cherry peppers​,​ Bell peppers Each guest will be provided with 3 slices of pizza and salad so it is very important to let me know at least 7 days ahead of your event so I bring enough for your entire guest list. Every three Children ages 4 to 7 are counted as one for one slice each. Ages 7 an up counted as adults. We provide the paper plates​,​ napkins​,​ and forks for pizza and salad please provide for any additional food you are serving We have two pizza carts one is our kitchen and the other is a buffet table ( see photos ) that we bring and we need to be able to get them to the area that you are having your event. Please make sure the gate and pathway have a clearance of 36" wide straight through with no obstacles in the way (gas meters​,​ trash cans etc.) If there are stairs​,​ we will need help to lift the carts​,​ If all else fails we can set up in the front yard no problem. I need to know if there are any steep driveways or streets that I have to deal with ahead of time this may be critical and we don't want to not be able to set up. Sometimes we can just set up in your outdoor kitchen and not use the pizza cart if needed. ELECTRICITY is required at the event location preferably 2 separate circuits so I can run two ovens to keep the pizza coming out is a steady fashion​,​ especially at a large event.
