Poutine Brothers are bringing Canada's National dish, poutine, a french fry, cheese curd and gravy dish created from all homemade ingredients and curds all the way from Wisconsin. We take a unique approach to position ourselves in the LA market with the desires and trends from all types of food-heads. We have a melt in your mouth beef short rib, a twist on an Indian classic with tikka masala chicken and even a Canadian signature smoked pork to accompany our savory homemade gravy. Some of our most popular and unique options lie within our vegan world with some secrets to surprise even non vegan fans like a 'parmesan' cauliflower, vegan cheese and homemade vegan gravy. We are not a loaded fries truck, we are a complete culinary dish with a rooted cuisine that comforts and warms the pallet.
