About the Service

Tabletop Setup labor includes unloading, unpacking, and placing 3LB rental items (such as linens, tabletop settings, glassware, flatware, candles, and similar items) onto event tables or surfaces according to the layout and information provided prior to the event. Final placement and completion must be confirmed onsite by the client’s designated event contact or coordinator at the time of setup. An Installation Lead may be added for detailed design oversight and verification of final placement. Any missing or unaccounted-for items, or placement concerns, must be communicated during setup so our team has the opportunity to resolve them. Claims made after the event or without onsite notice may not be eligible for refund or credit, as we are unable to verify conditions once setup is complete.
