Appetizer II Package: Buffet-Full Service (Served) An assortment of popular appetizers. Mix, match and select two cold appetizers and three hot appetizers. MENU OPTIONS - Please note that the menu options are not included in this quote, but you can select them from the menu we previously emailed. SERVICE - Professional uniformed wait staff and head banquet captain are included in the proposal and are not charged additionally DINNERWARE SERVICE - High end disposable clear plastic plates, heavy duty plasticware utensils, cups and napkins are all included with this service. Real China service is available for a nominal upcharge. BUFFET SERVICE - Appetizers are served buffet style. Passed service is available for an additional charge
