About the Service
CHOICE OF TWO: - - Chicken, carne asada, carnitas, or barbacoa tacos - Served with chips and salsa, cheese enchiladas, Spanish rice, refried beans, and corn & flour tortillas. - Condiments include sour cream, guacamole, cilantro, onions, radishes, limes, cheese, tomatillo, pico de gallo and salsa rojo. All pricing quoted is based on a served Buffet. We offer Plated Service @ $10 additional per guest and Family Style Service @ $15 additional per guest. Should you wish to select the Plated or Family Style Service, select your desired Menu and add the option under the Add-On Category. The listed menu prices include our standard 20% service charge and sales tax, Please add the applicable delivery add-on. Pricing is based on 50 guests or greater. Events with less than 50 guests will incur a nominal fee.
What the host needs to provide
Full-Service Kitchen or space for an on-site portable kitchen. If a Portable Kitchen/Drop Kitchen is required, your final menu option and resources determine the costs which may vary between $1350 to $3500 but not limited to.
