What the host needs to provide
• A safe, flat space for DJ setup (minimum 6x6 feet recommended) • At least one nearby power outlet (within 15 feet) • Shelter/shade or tent if the setup is outdoors • Any timeline details, announcements, or special music requests should be submitted at least 48 hours before the event for best results
