About the Service
Comes with Dates: Thursday-Saturday December 1st, 2nd and 3rd, 2022 Location: FAENA Hotel, Miami, Tierra Santa Studio Time: 8am-8pm, daily Visualize and execute the “Clarins Lounge” located next to the treatment rooms in the Tierra Santa Studio Source, book, and manage the rental company to create: Lounge area, Photo Moment, Staff table,Apothecary for product merchandising and gifting (i.e oil station) Source, book, and manage Florals: Plants and/or flowers ( tropical atmosphere ) Eventors Staff will be present on site for pre-production, load in and load out of rentals and florals, During the activation Eventors staff will be checking in daily to make sure everything is running smoothly and will be “on call” should any issues arise during the event.
What the host needs to provide
To be provided by organizer *Faena to provide light refreshments (including service, table, and linen) *Clarins provides all branded materials and hardware.
