Includes Vendor matching, timeline creation, and vendor communication, 1 lead event planner for up to 50 hours. Pre-production day and day of coordination included.
What the host needs to provide
* Travel expenses associated with the event will be billed separately. * Any petty expenses paid by Eventors will be billed separately. * Time will be tracked and reported.
