What the host needs to provide

We require access to event space a minimum of 2 hours before start time of event for set up, testing and calibration of audio equipment. Organizer shall provide a safe set up area and work environment for equipment. This includes protection against any rain and/or obstructions that can cause harm to the audio technician or equipment. We reserve the right to cancel all services if this is not provided.
