What the host needs to provide
- One 20 amp circuit power drop at our performance location. - Green room or at a minimum storage space for our cases and extra gear - The staging area needs to be large enough to accommodate the whole band and PA system. (actual measurements can be provided with quote) - For events 3 hours or longer (performance time) we ask for meals for the band (we'll be on site for at least 6 hours). - Enough lighting that the band can be seen. (we can provide lighting if needed at an additional cost) - Parking for each member of the band covered by the client. - Proper load-in and parking instructions (this information is vital to load-in and setup, as it can cause delays.)
