This brunch table features an elevated selection of smoked salmon and lox, elegantly arranged with an assortment of freshly baked bagels, flaky croissants, and artisanal breads. Accompanying spreads include whipped cream cheese, herbed mascarpone, and citrus-infused butter, with classic toppings such as capers, red onions, cucumbers, and fresh dill. For a balanced and vibrant touch, enjoy seasonal fruit platters featuring juicy berries, sliced melon, and citrus wedges, alongside Greek yogurt, honey, and crunchy granola for a refreshing contrast. Team will Setup the station and design the grazing table once completed the station will be self-serve.
