What the host needs to provide
Access to venue 90 minutes before event start for setup and testing Dedicated 6–8 ft table for streaming/control station Reliable hardline internet connection (preferred) or strongest available Wi-Fi Audio feed from venue AV/soundboard (XLR or 1/4” output) On-site AV technician available during setup for audio coordination Clear run of show / event schedule Primary point of contact on site Space for tripods and camera positions with clear sightlines Stage lighting suitable for video capture Event credentials / access permissions for crew Access to power outlets near control station
