What the host needs to provide
Organizer must provide a 10x10 ft setup space, access to a standard power outlet within 10–15 ft, and a level surface for equipment setup. If the event is outdoors, adequate shade or covering must be provided to protect the equipment from weather conditions. Setup access should be available 1–2 hours before the event start time for proper installation.
