Vendor Meal
A meal you provide for your working vendors during the event.
A vendor meal is food you arrange for the professionals working your event, such as the photographer, DJ, planner, and their assistants, who are often on-site for many hours across a mealtime.
Many vendor contracts require a meal for shifts over a certain length. Vendor meals are usually simpler and cheaper than guest plates; confirm the count and timing with your caterer so your team is fed without pulling from guest food.
