Run of Show
A minute-by-minute timeline of everything that happens during your event.
A run of show is the master timeline for the event itself: what happens, when, and who is responsible, from guest arrival through the last dance. It is more detailed than a simple schedule.
Every key vendor should work from the same run of show so cues line up. An experienced planner or coordinator builds it a few weeks out and shares it with everyone involved.
