Seating Chart
The plan for which guests sit at which table (and sometimes which seat).
A seating chart assigns guests to tables (and, with place cards, to specific seats). It reduces day-of confusion, helps guests who do not know each other, and lets catering deliver the right plated meals.
You finalize it once RSVPs are in. Your stationer can turn it into a display, escort cards, and place cards that match your invitations.
