A visit to a venue to see the space, ask questions, and picture your event there.
A site visit, or venue walkthrough, is when you tour a prospective venue in person (or virtually) to see the real space, check capacity and flow, and ask about rules, timing, and what is included.
Bring your must-have questions and, ideally, key vendors. An experienced planner knows what to look for, from power and load-in access to where the bar and dance floor will actually fit.
