Get Caked can meet all your dietary needs while creating delicious custom pancake art TO BE SUPPLIED BY THE CLIENT: -8 x 6 Work Space -1 8ft Event table or 6ft Event table -Syrup -Disposable plates, forks, napkins -Access to water, electricity and trash cans -Stanchion poles to provide space between artist and guests so that no one stands on the sides/behind the artist(s) table -2 additional chairs that guests are to sit on to watch their pancake created REQUIREMENTS: Must have separate outlets for each artist. All guests that approach the table are required to wear a mask. SECURING THE DATE: Once a Get Caked LA option is agreed on, we will send a physical contract to the client. Once signed, we will begin to schedule your event details (virtual or live). Total cost is due in order to reserve your event. You can book by submitting your event details, and clicking the blue "Request to book" button. Non-profits will receive a 25% discount. Prices are valid for up to six months. NOTE: The Provider reserves the right to cancel the event if any Covid safety protocols are broken including, but not limited to: Guests not wearing masks while approaching the unit, removing their mask and eating pancake art on-site, crowding the unit. *If your event needs to be rescheduled, PLEASE contact us at least 72 hours prior to your event taking place
