William and his son provided a very nice bar service at my wedding. My guests liked their drinks and whenever I happened to pass by the bar, he had a drink ready for me. The one thing I would appreciate is if he could work on his communication during the planning phase as that is a stressful time for an engaged couple.

Excellent price, and I really appreciated Will4Wine purchasing the bar ingredients and accommodating my requests for certain brands. Unfortunately, they only sent 3 bartenders (and most of the night I only saw 2 bartenders) when I was contracted for 4 plus a bar manager, and it resulted in long lines for my entire event. They also didn’t make one of my specialty drinks correctly.

Overall, it was a fine experience. The team had difficulties arriving on time and was rushing and still setting up when our guests arrived. A lot of our guests mentioned that their drink of choice wasn't able to be made due to a lack of drinks/mixers so I wish we could have a full clarification on what is included in the "full bar package."
