Anything beyond we will have to create a custom package! *** How this price is calculated *** When you break down smaller events​,​ the charge per person is usually $30-50. Event planners generally have a service fee of 15-20%. $30 x 80 guests = $2​,​400 and the service charge for that price would be $360! Book Vendor Coordination (Wedding): The cost covers standard vendor coordination for a wedding for up to 150 guests. Anything beyond we will have to create a custom package! *** How is the price calculated? *** The standard wedding is generally around $65-100​/​guest. An event planner will charge a 15-20% fee to arrange services for you. So​,​ $65 x 150 guests with a 15% charge brings us to $1462.50. See?!
