Heat & Fire Safety: Keep away from open flames, heaters, fire pits, or any high-heat sources. This includes candles and sparklers. Wind Warning: If outdoors, please ensure it is protected from strong winds to prevent tipping or damage. A flat, stable surface is required. Do Not Move: Once set up by our team, the flower wall should not be moved or repositioned by guests or vendors. Supervision Required: This is a decorative piece only and should not be climbed on or leaned against. Please supervise children around the wall. Rental Duration: Standard rental is for 6 hours. Additional time must be pre-arranged and may incur extra fees. Damage Policy: Any damage, excessive staining, or loss of components may result in an additional charge. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 24 hrs of the event may be subject to a fee.
