Full Planning for an event up to 20 Guests with a budget of up to $2,500. Includes one small balloon arch. This package is great for: -Brunch/Lunch/Dinners -Intimate Celebrations -Speaker Series -Cocktail Hours Sourcing for the following : - venue -furniture rentals -decor/ rentals -staffing -catering -photography/videography -entertainment Includes onsite management, set up & breakdown. Will discuss working budget and theme design. May require additional set up crew. Price may vary depending on elements, budget and time commitment.

IMPORTANT INFO

My planning fee is separate from all elements of the event. Additional event set up/break down members may be required for an additional fee. Elements must be provided by a selected vendor, as I do not provide all services needed (delivery, serving etc). Contact me for events longer than 8 hours ( i.e. conventions or multi -day events). Travel fee applies for over 20 miles.
