The flowers and event planning services need to be paid in full two weeks prior to the event . Refunds will only be made on flowers that were not received or used by the client and will be mailed in check form within 60 days of event. Any insurance required by the venue will need to be covered by the client. We do not guarantee delivery time, and specific flowers since we don't have control of production or extraordinary circumstances such as health, car accidents, and weather.
